How to Get There
Pedestrian & Bicycle Access
South Perth
Cyclists can park in one of the two enclosed and supervised bike parking areas in the Celebration Zone. Remember to bring your bike lock.
Please note that some sections of the cycle path along the South Perth foreshore will be diverted from 7am to midnight on Australia Day, to allow for event structures and access.
Narrows Bridge
The Narrows Bridge eastern footpath will be closed all day on Australia Day. Pedestrians and cyclists will be directed onto the western footpath.

Lord Mayor's Message
2011 was a defining year for Western Australians and this Australia Day is a time for us all to look back over the last twelve months and celebrate our collective achievements.
I believe, as a City and as a State, we shone on the global stage as a community that has great respect for each other and our surroundings.
Last year's Skyworks was the most successful event it its 27 year history, with hundreds of thousands of people gathering in harmony to watch the renowned pyrotechnics display.
