Reduce Reuse Recycle Zone
Be part of the Reduce Reuse Recycle Zone and show you care for your city on Australia Day.
The Mindarie Regional Council and its Earth carers will be promoting the waste wise message of reduce, reuse, recycle and dispose wisely.
Take your empty aluminium, plastic or glass containers to one of Reduce Reuse Recycle Zones on The Esplanade or Langley Park in the City or in the Celebration Zone on Sir James Mitchell Park in South Perth to receive an on the spot prize.
Last year more than 5.6 tonnes of recyclable material was collected during Skyworks, let's all Do The Right Thing and make 2012 even better.

Lord Mayor's Message
2011 was a defining year for Western Australians and this Australia Day is a time for us all to look back over the last twelve months and celebrate our collective achievements.
I believe, as a City and as a State, we shone on the global stage as a community that has great respect for each other and our surroundings.
Last year's Skyworks was the most successful event it its 27 year history, with hundreds of thousands of people gathering in harmony to watch the renowned pyrotechnics display.
