Rubbish Bags

There will be Keep Australia Beautiful and Earth Carers volunteers greeting you as you arrive, roaming the foreshore and handing out rubbish bags throughout the afternoon. Just remember…

RED for RUBBISH
YELLOW for RECYCLE

Get your bag from the volunteers and use it for your litter and recyclables throughout the day and then bin it.

Bin It

There will be many bins located around the foreshore, meaning there will definitely be one close to where you are sitting, walking, playing or celebrating. When you leave, just take your bags and empty the recyclables into the recycling skip and drop the empty bag and rubbish bags into the rubbish skips. Don't forget to pay attention to the signs on the bins and put your rubbish or recycling in the right bin.

The Mindarie Regional Council and its Earth carers will be promoting the waste wise message of reduce, reuse, recycle and dispose wisely.

Take your empty aluminium, plastic or glass containers to one of Reduce Reuse Recycle Zones on The Esplanade or Langley Park in the City or in the Celebration Zone on Sir James Mitchell Park in South Perth to receive an on the spot prize'.
